Exploring Natural Healing is a group focused on discussions and hands on education around the use of natural medicine and nutrition to heal illness, disease and physical/emotional/spiritual imbalances. The group's founder is an Herbalist and Natural Health Practitioner who wishes to explore a wide range of topics with others interested in natural health. Meetups will consist of talks, herb walks, herbal tea samplings, healthy cooking classes and much more.
This meetup is intended to bring people together in order to learn techniques to heal your life through yoga, meditation and good nutrition. A holistic approach to life will be taught and it begins with your intention to participate in your own healing. All are welcomed with open arms. Namaste
